2. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over.

3. The promotion is not open to employees of Stoats Porridge Bars Ltd, their immediate families, their agents, employees and officers of Element London Ltd or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

4. To enter the prize draw you must go to the following URL www.eatstoats.com/competitions and complete the data fields. Limit of one entry per person / email address / mobile phone number during the promotional period. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.

5. Promotion opens on 00:01am 1 June 2026.

6. Promotion closes on 11:59pm 30 September 2026.

7. The prize draw comprises of a draw for all valid entries received from 00:01am 1 June 2026 to 11:59pm 30 September 2026.

8. A random draw performed by computer process will take place on 2 October 2026 at 10.00am.

9. The first winner randomly selected will win the Prize Packaging as detailed below.

10. The details of the winners will be passed to Stoats Porridge Bars Ltd in order for them to make contact for fulfilment of the prize. The winner will be contacted within 7 working days of the draw date via the email address submitted on the prize draw entry form. The communication will include the requirement for the winner to ‘accept’ their prize.

11. If the winner, having been contacted by Stoats Porridge Bars Ltd, does not accept the prize by email within 7 working days of initial contact, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, a further prize draw will be conducted by computer process to select an alternative winner.

12. Those who have entered the prize draw and haven't been drawn as a winner will not be contacted.

13. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The prize is as stated. No cash or other alternative prizes are available.

15. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be delivered due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received.

20. Prize package is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old, all of whom must travel at the same time; 

• At least one person travelling must be over the age of 21; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;  
• Accommodation is for 5 nights in a 4-star hotel in Los Angeles, California, based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing one quadruple occupancy room; a valid credit or debit card may be required to guarantee the accommodation on check in; stay must include a Saturday night;
• Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
• The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, rental car, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered;
• Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;
• Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over;
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas (including ESTA) or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
• The stunt class will be adapted to the participants’ ages and abilities, any underlying health conditions that could be impacted by the activities should be disclosed at time of booking;
• A £70 GBP / $100 USD allowance is provided to spend at the ice cream parlour;
• A £150 GBP /$200 USD allowance will be provided to spend on LA taxis during the winner’s trip;
• If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
